As the title suggests, we need to reset the customer’s password for logging into the customer portal (the customer has forgotten their password…). How do I do that? Unfortunately, the search results showed a login error, so I’m posting my question here.

@Andre Why has no one replied to that question? Even though I hadn’t noticed since I needed this, I forgot my customer’s password and now there is no way to change it.

I did not see this myself while I was on holiday at that time. Was probably marked as read afterwards

In the Detail View of the website you can actually set up and change the mail address for the user:
And when you go to the Customer Portal > My Data and scroll down, you can change the password:

@Andre actually login email already and password was already set, now i want to change the password for client’s portal but i can not, so my question is how to do that?
