Posting Guidelines for the Account category

What is required for posting:

  • Use the search function first. Has this already been posted before?
  • Please be aware of posting any sensible information.
  • Since this is a very sensible topic, we recommend emailing us regarding the following topics:
  1. Access to your account
  2. Retain password
  3. Billing and Dunning cases
  • If you have general questions, please be as detailed as possible about the issue and what you need help with. Where do you need help? What is it you like to achieve or expect?
  • Reply to users using the @ and their name.
