cPanel | Collections generating "Index of" directories instead of pages

Hello,

I am experiencing a critical issue with collections on my Sitejet site (cPanel version).

On page there is only blank background and on small area it shows click option, when clicking on it, the browser opens the URL path (e.g., /en/blog-item), but instead of loading the content, it displays a raw Server Directory Listing (“Index of /…”).

This behavior is identical across all types of collections I tried Blog and Products.

Please assist in forcing the generation of these item pages.

Website ID: 2550181
Live URL of Site: Attorney Lado Javakhishvili | Leading Law Firm in Georgia
Live URL of Page: Blog - Javakhishvili Law Office | ადვოკატი ლადო ჯავახიშვილი

Hey Lado,

I have moved this topic over to the Collection section.

This screenshot tells you everything you need to know actually:

You have set up the collection in the collection manager. But, the collection is not listed anywhere on any site, there is no page created called “blog” where to list the collection and it does not have any single page layout.

I do recommend two things:

Let me know if that helps.

It does not help because there is page for Blog in ENG Version.
Blog Element is inserted on this page in the main container and it works perfectly in Preview mode, but not when published.
The screenshot you inserted is made after changes which were not published yet. please check now and check live page too.

There seems to be one now. Well, I can see it now and when I click on preview, I can see a blog: Blog - Javakhishvili Law Office | ადვოკატი ლადო ჯავახიშვილი

If it works in preview mode but not on live website it seems that it is an issue from cPanel during the publishing process. Would you be able to try and make a small change and publish again? Try that 2-3 times please and let me know if that fixes it. If it does not, get back to me and I will report it internally so that a dev can take a look and take further action.

Thank you so much for quick response.
I tried few times, it’s still not working.

Let me forward this internally to the colleagues from cPanel. Will update you as soon as I know more.

Hey Lado,

would you be able to update your server, update PHP and then try again? At the moment, it is most likely a misconfiguration or requirements are not met, I have been told.
