Manage icon sets

Add the possibility to manage icon sets similar to the “Fonts” section.
I want to be able to enable, disable, add(upload), remove icon sets.

Hi! Here are some use-cases for this request.

1. I want to have my own icon sets to enable clients to use only specific icons (to make sure that everything is consistent and they don’t mix icons with different styles)
2. I want to be able to use the same icon set everywhere in the project (using the Icon element but also the icon option from the inline toolbar inside the text/button element)
3. You can easily update all the icons (their style) from a project by updating the icon set
4. Most of the Presets use the Icon element (right now if I want a custom icon I have to replace the Icon element with an SVG element … so, I have to refactor all Presets that I’m using in the Project)
5. Icon sets are great for dynamic content (in the future if we can bind the icon name to a collection field we can show different icons based on this)

These are some ideas … I know is not an easy task … is more of a nice thing to have.
Some of these use-cases can be achieved (right now) with the SVG element.
