I have noticed this several times, but had not posted it before:
If you have transparencies on the website, e.g. a transparent orange veil over an image - and you change the primary color from orange to blue, then the transparency remains the same (orange), because it seems to take it as a fixed value and not take the global value and “subtract” the transparency from it.
