Hi,
I am new to Siteject and below are the things I am trying to achieve:
- change the look on password-protected page.
By default, it looks like this:
It is very plain, is it possible to change the feel and look of the page? It seems it could be done via CSS, but I could not find any details about
.ed-protection class
This leads to my second question.
2. how can I change the wording of this protected page?
The site I am building is multilanguage site, a Chinese Version(Simplified Chinese to be accurate) and an English version. But as you can see above, the wording it is shown in German which is neither Chinese nor English.
I have enabled the multilanguage option and set them in proper language. The one shown above is under Chinese as this:
How can I replace those wordings in proper language in the protected page?
Also, it may be a bug. When I use the language preset, in the Chinese, the wording you use is “廣東話”, which mean Cantonese in traditional Chinese Character Set, the simplified Chinese version is “广东话”.
To avoid unnecessary conflict, I would suggest use “简体中文” for simplified Chinese version and use “正體中文” for traditional Chinese version by default. Both wordings will minimize any potential conflicts.
Anyway, is it any way I can change the wording and flag ? I am deal with clients from all those regions.
There are few local dialects under the category of Chinese, Cantonese is one of them, it uses traditional Chinese Character Set and some Simplified Chinese Character Set, but the way the wording and pronunciations are so different even most native Cantonese Speaker could not read and write. If I can alter wording and flag when fitting the desire of the customer would be great.
I am still learning how to use sitejet, and so far so good, and I think I might find another bug for collection. I will do some digging and post it here when I come to conclusion.
