Hi there everyone
Im a beginner with SiteJet and using the free trial to evaluate.
Trying to have a logo animate down at the start that does not have a black background extending right across page. using a template and below is a menu bar which does what I want using presets so I thought that presets might be the way to go, but do not seem to be able to find them.
Where can I find them or are they not accessible for the free trial?

Hey there,
Welcome! Which template are you referring to? I could check and see which preset or setting you might need. The thing is that some templates do have customized elements - or special settings specifically for the template to create that certain animation.
I’m am basing the website on Benson template.
As you see Ive put a logo in but cant find a way to get rid of the black strip to the left the banner… The menu bar below doesn’t have this problem.
This is why I was looking for the preset Icon which I cannot find even though it is shown in videos?

Where did you place that image element - inside the menu bar element or above it? This makes a big difference on how it is displayed.
Try to align the image to the center or left, and set the padding and margins to zero, if possible, to see how it displays differently. Also: the smaller you make the logo, the better it will fit in a preset container.
The more you fiddle with the builder the more you will figure out how to place new elements.

Do you have a website ID for me? Its the number in the URL when you are in the Website Builder.
