How to configure category filter buttons for the blog collection

I don’t know how to associate a post category with a collection filter button?
Can someone help me please?

I see in the link section of the “Category%201” button but I don’t know how to specify the category name at this level. I tried replacing this text with the category name but it doesn’t work.

Thank you.

Hello André,

Thank you for your reply. It seems that the blog section has been changed. It is different than the section presented in your link.
There is not the option “Filter” in the link section as on my capture attached.

1- I have followed the beginning of the tuto and selected “Consider URL filter”
2-As I want to filter by the category name, next I tried to change the link of the URL for each button.
The text proposed in the link is this one #!filter[columns.category]=Category%202. I have modified it as explained in the link that you’ve sent to me and put the name of the category like this #!filter[columns.category]=Category%20branding for the branding category.

It did’nt worked.

Do I missed something?

Thanks

It works now: the solution was simple in fact.

For those who need help like me, replace “Category%202” by the name exact of the category “branding” in my case. If there is a space in the category name, for example a category name that is web design use “web%20design”

Thank you Andre for your help
