Feedback link doesn't work

Hello!

The link to the feedback tool from the customer portal does not work. When I click it stays on the same page, nothing happens and there is no message. It just doesn’t do anything.

Here is a quick video, clicking on Feeback Option through client portal:

Is it the number that is in the URL? It is 347618.
