Everything distorted

Everything is in complete shambles.

I was working on a page, making small changes like margins and such, opening presentation mode after saving changes to see it across platforms when suddenly everything was wrong. Nothing is in the right place. Only my home page still looks fine.

In the editing interface it’s fine and in regular preview mode too.
But when opening a new tab and reopening the cms everything is in the messed up way, so now I have one tab where it’s fine and another in chaos. Clearly the updated one is the ruined one so what do I do?

I’ve tried undoing changes, hiding large elements for less weighted preview but nothing works.

All pages except for my home page are ruined.
The header and footer which are references, are even all wrong.

Ah sorry.
Here it is, but bizzarely it looks fine there… Which is great but also doesn’t really help as I still can’t edit with it looking the way it is in the cms
