Emojis won't display they turn to letters on Windows

Hi all,

Trying to display some flag emojis (:es:) But they are viewed as text ‘ES’ in boxes to some users on different platforms such as windows?

Can anyone help solve this?!

unfortunately, windows doesn’t have/support country flag emojis.
