Quick question: can you put collections in a submenu? I’m not seeing anyway to do this and I’m wondering if I missed something or if it may not be possible.
I’d like to have my “Case Studies” in my menu, then give viewers the ability to click on that to go to the collections page to see all my case studies, or click on one of the options from a submenu dropdown that also displays all my case studies.
I’ve already built my case studies in a collection, but I’m pretty new to collections so I’m not sure if I can put a setting somewhere to add new submenus when I add new collections, or if I need to link them manually.
Yes, you should be able to add links to a menu item - no matter if it is a submenu item or not
The best way I think would be to create a subpage, set a collection filter that shows only the case studies. That subpage could be then added to the menu.

So I should create a subpage for each separate case study? Will that lead people directly to that case study, or to a page where they still have to click on the case study to see all the info?
That depends. I was of the impression that you have like more than two case studies. If it is in this case just two you do not need a subpage. You can just copy the link of the case study 1 and add it in the menu. Same with the second.

I do have more than two case studies, I just put two in the example. I’ve decided to press pause on this idea for now, but it seems like if I do decide to go forward with this, I’d need to manually create subpages and link them to the collections items. That’s what I guessed needed to happen, but I wanted to make sure there was no automatic way to do it before I started.
