Collection fields jump to top after closing the collection field settings right tab

Summary:

In this project there are more than 50 collection fields. The order of the fields is important. I am periodically adding new fields. First I create a new field let’s say at the 20th place. Save it. Close the left collection fields tab. I open it again and the newly created field that is supposed (at least intuitively in my opinion) to stay where it was created, jumps to the top.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create and save a new field somewhere in the middle

  2. Close the right collection fields tab

  3. Open it again

Observed behavior:

newly created fields jump to the top when the user opens the field tab again

Expected behavior:

newly created fields stay where they were created

Hi Imre

I can confirm this behavior.
The fields can be re-sorted afterwards - so the problem is not that bad.
Still, it’s a pain and I hope the Sitejet team takes care of this bug.
