Charset meta tag position/listed order

Happy Friday, friends!

Several SEO tests note the following (minor discrepancy) about my site:

HTML Head : Charset
The Charset meta tag was found, but it wasn’t the first meta tag. It should be at the top.

I have confirmed in Sitejet Builder that the tag in question is (already) positioned at the top of the list under the menu: More > SEO Settings > Meta Tags

How can this issue be fixed, please?

Apologies for the asterisks (evidently, my efforts to format code block text in bold & italics failed).

I just installed the latest release of cPanel, including (bundled) Sitejet Builder, then republished my site.

Unfortunately, the aforesaid (SEO test failure) issue persists.
