Change button css / button animation

Hello, is there any way to edit the primary button css to add some animations to the hover effect?
I tried addind a css code with some animations, but now I can’t edit the global settings of the primary button

it worked thanks, can you also explain to me how the orange flexible box works?
I thought it was just a container, but every element I place there gets trimmed, I added a screenshot with an example.
