Add "Created Date" in To-Do section

Hi there,

I’d love to know what date/time the customer submitted the ticket in the To-Do section please.

perhaps have it customisable so that way some people can have it off. I just preferred it on to see how long ago the ticket has been created for.

you just need to hover the to-do description and the creation date will appear as a tooltip.

Sorry, I didn’t see at first glance that you are in the Overview tab. Just click on the to-do to open the detail view and hover over the to-do description so the creation date will appear as a tooltip.

Ah i see, would you consider adding the functionality above?
