SiteJet transfer issue between NameCheap SiteJet and Builder

I have been having issues transferring website 2075803 built in a paid white label account to the Cpanel sitejet on a namecheap VPS. Septicworkz.com/real-estate-agents it works for a while but then disappears and creates a 404. I use the perpetual code and also tried a single use. I can’t figure out what’s causing this page in particular to keep going 404. Also the SiteJet on my VPS cpanel account stops loading the page in edit mode. is there a way to link this full builder directly to my VPS?

I did a test transfer with the same code to a test build on our sitejet account and got the same issue were the URL /real-estate-agents will not load. 2090457

So the issue is actually with Sitejet paid edition not the builder on Cpanel.

I still need help with this. I created a new page and put a 301 to temporarily fix the website. However I m now cant delete the original page that is 404 ing and when I try and update the website on SiteJet or SiteJet builder I get a error message that its trying to pull something from another website and will not save. What’s going on?

Just to get the information right:

  • The original site is 2075803 and the current new site is 2090457.
  • After you copied the code, the page works fine until /real-estate-agents does not. All others work fine?
  • Does /real-estate-agents work fine on the original website?
  • Do you have custom code in your website?

  • Do you have screenshots of the error message for me?

Yes 27 of 28 pages work fine no issues.

No all versions will not let me delete the real-estate-agents page.

the actual website gives a 404

There is no custom code, only sitejets containers and elements.
