Wow! Great job working the brand color into the site - that’d be hard for me to get in there, considering how saturated and light it is, but you did a GREAT job building a frame around that color.

Really nice site. I agree with the comments about opening up the margins between the boxes in the “What can Thrive offer you?” section.

Also - simply my preference - the bottom of the pages seem to be a bit crowded or “squeezed”, except the opportunities page. I’d be tempted to put the the contact form at the bottom of all of the pages.
