Dear all,
I don’t understand why I get his message when I want to login into my customer view… when I type in my login email and password it says that there isn’t any account with that email - but I am constantly designing our website so this can’t be true.

I’m lost in the overall structure of accounts and logins… Thanks for help!!

Hey Clara,

actually, this login (my.* ) is for your customers. In order to be able to log in there, you would have to make yourself a customer of yourself.

You are able to log in to Sitejet via partner.*
