Posting Guidelines for the Project Manager category

Get support from the Sitejet community. Post your issues and help requests for the CRM.

What is required for posting:

  • Use the search function first. Has this already been posted before?
  • Please be aware of posting any sensible information.
  • Please be as detailed as possible about the issue and what you need help with. Where do you need help? What is it you like to achieve or expect?
  • If you can, please upload as many screenshots and / or screencasts to show the issue. Please refrain from posting screenshots with customer details and any other sensible information.
  • Reply to users using the @ and their name.
  • Check the browser console on the published site, and if there are any errors (look for the red text), please take a screenshot and include it into your post as well.
