# Mobile phone menu

I can get the site to work with computer and ipad. When trying on cellphone, the menu button does not show the product categories and it will not let you scroll on the screen.  
please help

Thanks for reporting this! It sounds like you’re running into a mobile navigation issue — here’s a quick checklist to help debug:

- **Preview in mobile mode** (use the phone icon in the Designer) and check if the menu responds.
- Make sure **menu visibility is enabled** under Element Settings.
- Double-check that **menu links are active** and that scroll isn’t blocked by styles like `overflow: hidden` or `position: fixed`.
- Try **resetting or re-adding the navigation block** , especially if it’s been customized.
- Use the **“Share Preview Link”** to test the site directly on your phone.
