Hi, my website runs through VentralP, and I have been in contact with them regarding issues with my website and they said to contact you as my issues were out of their scope of knowledge. My website runs on Sitejet builder through Cpanel and VentralP. So a few days ago I put a JavaScript code in the Metatags section under SEO settings on my website, it was for a pop up from MailerLite. Anyway, the day I did it, it saved to my website and I had no issues. However, when I logged on 2 days ago I was unable to make any changes to the homepage (even text changes). I am also not able to make changes to the website settings, it sits on saving for a while and then it says error unable to save website settings please try again and then nothing saves. Sometimes I can upload photos and other times I have issues uploading photos, I also cannot create new pages or duplicate old pages without it saying error. Also, I have tried changing Wifi networks and even running it off my hotspot, I tried a different laptop and I tried a different browser. I deleted all my cache and cookies and tried it in incognito and it made no difference. I did get VentralP to delete the Javascript out of the Metatags but this has made no difference and I still cannot save any changes. What’s even more bizarre is that they cannot replicate the issues on their end, like they can create new pages and edit things with no issues. So please I hope someone can tell me what is going on, I need this website ASAP as it is a functioning business. Thanks 🙂 ---
