Hi, My previous website blog URL was this: [https://www.cxdeployer.com/blog/What-is-Customer-Experience-Management-and-How-Does-It-Work](https://www.cxdeployer.com/blog/What-is-Customer-Experience-Management-and-How-Does-It-Work) And New website in the Sitejet has URL of this blog as: [What is Customer Experience Management and How Does It Work? - Blog Post - CXDeployer](https://www.cxdeployer.com/blog/what-is-customer-experience-management-and-how-does-it-work) Sitejet allows all website URL addresses in the lowercase. ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex017/uploads/sitejet/original/1X/05eca54e41fec0b11047d17af8d9b42891931a66.png) I tried both method 1 and method 2 one at a time but both did not work. Please advise if I am setting up these 301 redirects correctly? Thank you very much. ---

I may be wrong, but aren’t URL’s non-case sensitive? So perhaps you’re redirecting the page to itself? ---

I am getting 404 error in case I access the URL with lower case. Not sure if URL’s are non-case sensitive. ---
