Guidelines for posting in the Helpdesk category

Please read the guidelines before posting in the Helpdesk categories!

Get support from the Sitejet community. Post your bugs, issues and help requests. If it is urgent and or you need direct help from the Sitejet support, please email us directly.

What is required for posting:

  • Share your preview link and (if applicable) your live website link.
  • Please be as detailed as possible about the issue and what help you need. Where do you need help? What is it you like to achieve or expect?
  • If you can, please upload as many screenshots and / or screencasts to show the issue.
  • Post additional links to show exactly what you like to achieve.
  • Reply to users using the @ and their name.

The Helpdesk category is subdivided in categories for a better overview and order. In each category you will find additional help and guidelines.

If you are unsure in which subcategory you should put your post, just leave it here with us, and we will help you sort it.
