# Dynamic Form Fields

Is there a way in sitejet to have dynamic form fields based on a dropdown? For example, if a client offers 2 services, a user can click service 1 and the form shows specific fields. If they select service 2, the form shows other fields. Is this possible in sitejet or should I just use javascript?

You could use an accordeon type of element with two tabs and choose icon or image tabs.
