# Domain infrastructure improvement and maintenance

🔹 🔷 Hey Sitejetters,

we like to inform you about upcoming maintenance work and improvement on the domain infrastructure starting this Saturday. If you are planning to transfer or register a domain from Sunday onwards, and you are facing any challenges, please sent us a support mail.

To speed up the process, it is recommended, to send us the following information:

- Screenshot of a possible error message
- Six-digit Website ID for the domain
- Full customer data for the domain transfer / registration (this includes company name [if existing], first and last name, full address, phone number, email address, )
- If it is a transfer: The AUTH-Code
- Confirmation, that you like us to register or transfer the domain

We expect the improvement works to be finished the beginning of the new week.
