[CW 24.21] Advanced workflows and Manager Views

:large_blue_diamond: Hey Sitejetters!

I hope you had a great week so far! The weekend is almost here #TGIF, but we didn’t want to let you go without introducing you to some of our latest releases:

#1 New statuses and custom workflow!

You can now enable - or disable - statuses and create your own workflow in Sitejet. We also added statuses like “Lead” or “Redesign” to extend the possibilities! :raised_hands:

Go to Settings > Status and check it out! :boom:

BTW did you know that you can add automation for to-dos so they appear for specific status transitions? If you e.g. want to have a checklist before launching a new website, you can add automation for the “Publish” status and they will automatically appear if you move a website there. How crazy is that?! Combine this with our advanced workflow and you will have your perfect website creation process ready to go :muscle: (Check out Settings > Automation )

For more information on the statuses, also check: Status Management and Time Tracking - Sitejet Help - please note that depending on the status the features that are available in the customer portal vary.

#2 New Manager Views

We also added two new Manager Views - Leads and Assign :raised_hands:

Leads is perfect for keeping track of all those potential customers. This view combines websites in the statuses “Lead” and “Interest” and thus creates a sales pipeline directly within Sitejet!

Assign gives you an overview of all websites that are ready for creation (and in the status “Assign”). This is especially helpful in bigger teams where sales and web design is done by different people.

Those Views become available if the statuses are enabled and the first website is added to this status.

#3 Domain Status is available in the Domain Manager

You can now see the status of your domain meaning that you can check e.g. if a domain registration or transfer was successful - and if not, why.

Feel free to check them out and let us know what you think

Have a great weekend! :star_struck:
The Sitejet Team

:large_blue_diamond: Hey Sitejetters!

:star_struck:
Euer Sitejet Team
