Cpanel:116.0 (build 11) Also my hamburger menu stopped working all of a sudden, not sure why, icon triggers, but menu doesn’t overlay and menu items don’t show ---

Our developers will take a look for the collection issue. Regarding the menu, please try to add the menu again. But let us first focus on the collection issue. ---

Hey @Kenwin_Z There might be a misconfiguration of the cPanel server (e.g. lack of PHP support, wrong PHP version, missing PHP extension, wrong PHP settings etc). We would like to recommend reaching out to the cPanel support to check on this, as there is no 500 when accessing directly via Sitejet. Please keep us on the loop here with a possible solution? ---

Hey @Kenwin_Z this is not possible with the cPanel version. However, we are working on a solution soon that is coming in the next few months. Hi Andre, haven’t gotten reply from cpanel yet, also on my preview [Showcase - Kenzbuilds: All About Gundam Modelling 2.0](https://26c91e-81e9c.preview.sitehub.io/showcase), sometimes my blog collection only loads 1 item, then when refreshes, it loads fine, it’s random, is there a fix for this? Thanks ---

The colleagues from cPanel told us: It was a problem with the PHP version of the site. The base code uses the `??` operator and the customer’s site was using a PHP version prior to 7.0 so it was hitting errors there. The website should work fine now?
