🔷 Hey there cPanel Sitejetters 🙂 In the past months, questions about the contact form have been quite dominant in this community. The most common issues were a failed form submission and a Captcha image, that does not appear. To ensure the form submissions are successful, please make sure, that the contact form is working at all. - Please enable the “send email” feature in the contact form. - Fill in a recipient address. And of course a sender address 🙂 Make sure, that it is an actual working mail address. - Open the Preview Link and send yourself a form submission. Now, you are sending you a message from [noreply@sitehub.io](mailto:noreply@sitehub.io). When this is working, the contact form is fine. Now you might want to focus on your server settings. Solutions could be: - enable allow\_url\_fopen - ensure PHP version is PHP 7.1 or higher; PHP 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 or higher - ensure latest Sitejet version is installed - check general SMTP settings For more information about this, please visit: [https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/25631121036311-Sitejet-Submitting-from-a-contact-form-generates-an-error](https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/25631121036311-Sitejet-Submitting-from-a-contact-form-generates-an-error) In some cases, the Captchta image does not appear after you published the website.
