# (cPanel) Issue in forms - Error while sending the form -

Hello!

I`m presenting issues with the forms in SiteJet! the message/contact/subscribers form is not working / dont send the email to my mailbox! \* error while sending a message \*  
I have been reading the solution from Mr. Andre, but it seems it doesnt work for me at all! 😢

Sitejet integrated in CPanel  
Php 8.3  
I checked as well the setting on my STMP looks good!  
I updated the version of php and now on preview mode the message arrives to my email, but once is published doesnt work!

so, once i fill the form this is the error -

and I checked the lines on Api. Php on my root file and they are:

line 109:  
return mail($destinationEmail, $subject, $mailBody, $headers, $senderEmail ? “-f $senderEmail” : ‘’);

line 274:  
if (!sendFormSummaryByEmail($formConfig, $data, $attachments)) {

line 385:  
list($response, $headers) = handleFormSubmission();
