Hi, I am an amateur web designer. I designed a website on Sitejet via Cpanel. However, when I tried to use the contact form for testing, I received an error stating “Error while sending the form.” I checked the email address, and there is no problem as I can send and receive emails from my addresses. How can I solve this error? ---

Hi, Did you set up recipient in the form preset settings? If, no click on the form submit button and the settings panel will open on the left. Find the recipient field and add the desired email. Good luck! Imi ---

I’m new to this. I think my problem is similar. I’m having trouble with the contact form. Even though I follow the steps and select “send email” and the address in the “recipient” section, I’m not getting the emails. Not even waiting 10 minutes or anything else. I’ve tried creating other forms, but nothing works. ---

Hi Imi, I have already selected “Send email” and written my email to “Recipient” section on the form settings. (even tried to get forms to gmail ) PHP is latest version 8.3 Selected “allow\_url\_fopen” I’m able to send and recieve emails from my personel emails. The email adress for my domain is working properly it seems. ---

Hi André! Thanks a lot four your interest. I’m using SJ with cPanel. I did “enable the “send email” feature in the contact form” and I filled in the recipient address. And the mail addresz is working. But I do not receive the emails from the contact form. ☹ ---

Hi Andre, thanks for your interest. I had to ask for help because I couldn’t find a solution. Apparently, my problem had to do with Gmail email addresses. Switching to one from the website solved the problem. I can’t explain further; it’s something other people helped me do. ---
