# Contact Form don\`t send to right addresses

I started a new contact form. I change the sender to the correct email. The problem is that the email form the form do not landed by the “customer” and the email form do not landed at the email I put into the data from the website. Instead of this the email landed at the “general email” from plesk.
Where is the problem? Where can I change the wrong details?

I will answer in German.
Es geht um folgendes. Ein Interessent füllt das Kontaktformular aus und trägt alles ein, inklusive seiner Email-Adresse. Aber der Kunde bekommt keine Bestätigungsemail, sondern nur den Hinweis auf der Webseite.
Wenn ich in der Einstellung des Kontaktformulars gehe, steht dort , “Empfänger-Leer für Kundenadresse”, “Absender - leer für neutrale Adresse”. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, wenn ich die Daten in den Einstellungen der Webseite eintrage, dass in irgendeiner Form übernommen wird. Wenn ich keinen Absender eingebe, wird der “sys\_user” benutzt als Absender. Wenn ich dann auch noch keinen Empfänger eingebe, eigentlich meiner Meinung nach, die Kundenadresse, die übernommen wird, schickt das Kontaktformular die Email an die in Plesk hinterlegte Email-Adresse.
Irgendwie passt das alles nicht zusammen und von eurem Service , Martin, bekomme ich auch keine vernünftige Antwort.
So ist das Kontaktformular nur bedingt benutzbar.

Since you are using Plesk, you definitely need to check your mail setup for the form.
