CMS Malfunctioning

Hello,
My builder was working just fine but suddenly so many issues started showing up like:

  • Animated elements are not animating although when i open the preview link it works

  • When I add a text box, editor does not apply bold (with any font type) though other features apply

  • Container settings don’t show/work when I change them (Vertical/Horizontal, alignment is always full width even if i change it, can’t add any other element inside the container, it automatically creates a new container above or below)

  • All containers are showing full width, can’t change from container or global settings

  • Not all global settings actually do apply and appear on the website

I’m not sure what happened, any help? It is not helpful at all to not be able to see the real changes live unless I save then preview the website in a new tab. It defies the purpose of a front facing designer really

Could you send us the website ID (you can find it in the URL of the website builder) via the ticket? That makes it easier for us to check the specific website.
