Hi All We are using a form and have added the checkbox function. We have just tested the form function. While the Name, Business, Phone and Email fields are returning information to us, the check box function is not. I have tried searching for information via videos on why this might be happening however I seem to be doing all the right things YET… it’s still not working after running various other tests resulting in the same outcome as previous tests. Does anyone know how to resolve this checklist issue?? ---
